1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Reservation Deposit: To confirm your booking, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total package cost.

1.2. Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. Any delay in the payment 30 days before departure must be discussed with the booking agent. Failure to communicate and make full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

1.3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or other specified payment methods.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 0% of the total package cost, except the airline cancellation fee.
  • to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

2.2. Cancellation by Company: If we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

2.3. Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.). In such cases, we will attempt to recover costs from third-party suppliers and refund any recoverable amounts.

3. Changes to Booking

3.1. Amendments by Client: Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval. An administration fee of 10% of the package cost will apply.

3.2. Amendments by Company: We reserve the right to make minor changes to your booking (e.g., hotel or flight changes) and will inform you as soon as possible. If significant changes are necessary, you can accept the changes, choose an alternative package, or receive a full refund.

4. Travel Documents

4.1. Passports and Visas: You must ensure that you have a valid passport for travel. We are not liable for any loss or expense due to incorrect or missing travel documents.

4.2. Health Requirements: You must meet any health requirements and obtain any necessary vaccinations for travel.

5. Accommodation and Transport

5.1. Accommodation: Accommodation is provided according to the package details. You may incur additional charges if you request changes to your accommodation.

5.2. Transport: All transportation included in the package is subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations by transport providers.

6. Responsibilities and Liability

6.1. Our Responsibility: We provide the services outlined in the package. However, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party suppliers.

6.2. Your Responsibility: You must comply with all local laws and respect the customs and traditions of the destination. Any damages you cause during the trip will be your responsibility.

7. Insurance

7.1. Travel Insurance: Per Saudi government rules, basic health insurance coverage is included in your tourist or Umrah visa fee. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for clients over 55 or with pre-diagnosed medical conditions. This should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, loss of luggage, and cancellation.

8. Complaints

8.1. Reporting Issues: Any complaints must be reported immediately to our local representative or the service provider so that the issue can be resolved promptly.

8.2. Unresolved Issues: If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, a written complaint must be submitted within [X] days of your return. We will investigate and respond within [Y] days.

9. Governing Law
