Please be advised that Umrah Guide services provided by Umrah Package are intended to support and enhance the spiritual journey of pilgrims by offering cultural, historical, and religious insights at key sites. Each guide will be allocated to a maximum of 5 individuals to ensure personalised attention and quality service. In the case of larger groups, additional guides may be required and will incur extra charges.
Guides are not liable for any personal injury, lost belongings, or unforeseen delays caused by external factors such as local regulations, traffic, or weather conditions. All services are provided in compliance with Saudi regulations, and we strive to maintain the highest standards for a meaningful pilgrimage experience.
By booking this service, clients agree to these terms and acknowledge that adjustments may be necessary depending on real-time conditions.
Umrah Guide Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service Scope
The Umrah Guide service provided by Umrah Package includes educational and spiritual guidance for performing Umrah rituals, as well as historical and cultural insights at key religious sites in Makkah and Madinah. This service is available in designated languages and is subject to guide availability.
2. Group Size Limit
Each guide can accommodate a maximum of 5 participants per group. For groups larger than 5, additional guides may be required, and extra charges will apply.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations made 15 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable.
5. Guide Availability and Changes
We strive to provide guides based on your selected language preference and requested dates. However, guide availability may vary, and Umrah Package reserves the right to make adjustments to guide assignments. In the event of unforeseen guide unavailability, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements.
6. Responsibilities and Conduct
- Clients must adhere to Saudi Arabia’s local regulations and religious customs during the guided service.
- The guide is responsible solely for providing information and guidance as per the agreed service.
- Umrah Package will not be liable for any personal loss, injuries, or incidents occurring during the service.
7. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety and comfort of clients, Umrah Package is not responsible for delays, accidents, injuries, or any incidents arising from external factors, such as transportation issues or weather conditions. Clients participate at their own risk.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes in compliance with data protection regulations.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking the Umrah Guide service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
